Responsibilities
* Assume full leadership and budgetary accountability for the performance of the Liege site
* Drive operational excellence across customer service, cost, quality, and compliance
* Lead and inspire a diverse workforce, mentoring managers and teams to reach their full potential
* Oversee distribution, inventory, purchasing, facilities, and engineering functions
* Implement lean methodologies to optimise equipment, layouts, and material flows
* Represent the Liège Distribution Centre within the EMEA Senior Management Team and global leadership forums
* Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and change management across the site
Qualifications
* A proven track record of operational leadership within a complex, highly regulated distribution environment
* Strong understanding of distribution technologies, ERP/WMS systems, and prior P&L accountability
* Proven track record leading change management programmes and implementing operational excellence
* Ability to inspire teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver strategic results
* Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
* Ideally prior experience in consumer healthcare or associated industry with equal emphasis on quality and safety.
