About the role

For their marketing department, our client is looking to recruit a BB Digital Marketeer who can translate their strategy into powerful, consistent campaigns across all channels, helping make a difference in a fast-evolving environment.

You will report to the Marketing Manager, who reports to the Marketing Director, both located in the same offices in Belgium.
The role has a European scope : Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

5. You develop and lead the marketing communications and campaign strategy, translating it into consistent, cross-channel campaigns (online, social, advertising, trade media, etc.).
6. You set up strong marketing and (lead) campaigns around innovations and key themes, aiming to activate prospects and generate high-quality leads for sales.
7. You translate product and market insights into strong campaign concepts and key messages that resonate with the company's target groups ( wholesalers and foodservice companies).
8. You manage and optimize content and campaigns across various platforms and coordinate external agencies where needed.
9. You work closely with category management and sales, ensuring campaigns are supported and carried throughout the organization.
10. You develop a well-thought-out (trade) media plan and contribute to building brand awareness through relevant channels.
11. You think internationally where possible and locally where needed, in collaboration with colleagues in the Netherlands and other European markets.


About the ideal candidate

12. You have obtained a Bachelor and/or Master degree in a Marketing/Communication related field.
13. You have at least years of experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or foodservice.
14. You have strong experience with online campaign development and lead generation.
15. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach.
16. You are strong in stakeholder management and collaboration.
17. You have a good mix of analytical skills & creativity. Out of the box thinking is appreciated !
18. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
19. You are ready to travel occasionally in Europe.
