We are looking for an Ethics & Business Integrity Insights EU Monitoring Program Lead who is analytical, collaborative, and hands‑on to join us in our Ethics and Business Integrity team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role
You will lead healthcare compliance monitoring activities across Europe, ensuring monitoring plans are delivered on time, with high quality and in line with regulatory expectations. In this role, you will shape monitoring strategies, manage external partners, and use data and analytics to identify risks and drive continuous improvement. You will act as a key connection between regional business teams, country compliance officers, and global monitoring leadership, helping ensure a strong and effective compliance program across diverse regulatory environments.

Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with regional and country compliance officers, business leaders, and cross‑functional colleagues across Europe. You will collaborate with global compliance teams to align regional monitoring activities with global standards and best practices. You will also work closely with external vendors, building strong partnerships to ensure monitoring activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard.

What you’ll do

1. Lead and deliver regional compliance monitoring plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements
2. Manage and guide external monitoring vendors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement
3. Analyze monitoring data, dashboards, and trends to identify risks and provide actionable insights
4. Communicate monitoring findings clearly to senior stakeholders and regional compliance leaders
5. Oversee follow‑up actions and management of high‑impact compliance findings
6. Collaborate with country compliance officers to ensure monitoring supports ethical decision‑making and risk mitigation

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

7. Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or internal audit
8. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and monitoring expectations in regulated environments
9. Proven experience managing vendors and delivering monitoring activities in a multinational organization
10. Strong analytical skills, with experience using dashboards and data to identify trends and risks
11. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
12. Hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to drive results in a matrixed environment
