Strategic HR Leader - Belgium and Luxembourg
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with 5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist or senior role. The ability to navigate complex labor laws and regulations is crucial for this position.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization where innovation and performance go hand-in-hand. As a strategic HR leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an HR strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Belgian and Luxembourgish labor laws, managing social relations, and developing and mentoring your HR team.
You will also establish and monitor HR performance indicators and reporting to management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in HR tools and software.
A degree in HR, Social Law, Labour Sciences, or equivalent is required. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written) is also necessary.
About You:
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and good understanding of Luxembourgish labor law (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and talent for fostering engagement
* Proficiency with HR tools and software (MS Office, HRIS, etc.)
* Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
