Our client is a key player in the energy sector, currently running strategic initiatives around Customer Communication Management (CCM). As part of this project, they are looking for a Medior OpenText Exstream Developer to strengthen their existing team.
You will join a team of 3 Exstream developers and contribute to the design, development, and integration of communication templates within a complex IT environment.
Your responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and define input file structures
Develop and maintain OpenText Exstream templates
Manage multiple output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, Live, Empower)
Design and implement multilingual communications (FR / NL / DE)
Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases
Ensure quality assurance of deliverables
Apply best practices in development and Agile methodologies
Review daily deliverables and ensure consistency
Participate in project status meetings and team coordination.
Your profile:
3 to 5 years of experience with OpenText Exstream
Strong knowledge of Exstream modules (Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor)
Experience with Exstream Live, Empower, and Content Author (mandatory)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to understand document lifecycle and communication processes
Nice to have:
Programming or scripting skills (Java, Shell, Cobol, .NET)
Experience interacting with business stakeholders
Knowledge of customer communication processes (letters, emails, etc.).
Languages:
English or French – C2 level required
Dutch is a plus.
