Key Commercial Contact for Client Portfolio
About the Role:
As a key commercial contact, you will build long-term relationships with clients that drive their success and ours. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by growing our partnerships through upselling and securing contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and understand in-depth your customers' IT projects, becoming their Odoo sales expert
* Identify potential future sales by offering the right package in Odoo
* Negotiate contract renewals from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements:
* Business degree (bachelor or master) in IT/Sales
* Belgian work permit
* Language skills: French, English; Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Estonian/Lithuanian, Hungarian
