Supply Network Planner - EMEA
Role location: Zaventem, Belgium (hybrid working)

We have a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Network Planner to join our growing team in Belgium. In this role you will be reporting to the Supply Network Planning Sr Manager and will support the execution of Net Requirements Planning (NRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes across Hologic's global supply network, for a specific Product Portfolio. Your work will help ensure optimal inventory deployment, alignment of supply with customer demand, and contribute to maintaining high service levels and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute NRP and DRP to align production, procurement, and distribution with global demand and inventory targets.
* Optimize inventory deployment across plants, DCs, and warehouses, applying safety stock and entitlement policies.
* Support supply allocation and escalation management in constrained supply situations, following S&OP guidance.
* Monitor network risks and support contingency plans to protect service levels.
* Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Regulatory, and Customer Service teams to align end‑to‑end supply plans.
* Communicate supply constraints, allocation priorities, and recovery plans to key stakeholders.
* Analyse variances in planning signals and track KPIs (service level, inventory turns, stockouts, excess, adherence).
* Use advanced planning tools to drive data integrity, process efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Ensure planning activities comply with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
* Experience in supply chain / supply network planning / inventory optimisation (internship or entry‑level accepted).
* Exposure to constrained supply and escalation management is an advantage.
* Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices, pharma) preferred.
* Understanding of NRP, DRP, inventory and allocation management.
* Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable with complex data.
* Clear communicator and effective collaborator in cross‑functional, international teams.
* Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
* APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
