The role
* Involvement in a broad range of private real estate law matters
* Advising on real estate transactions, including asset deals and share deals
* Supporting clients on due diligence and the structuring of real estate projects
* Working on property rights, lease law and complex real estate arrangements
* Assisting on planning, environmental and regulatory aspects in collaboration with specialists
* Contributing to the development of a growing Real Estate practice on the francophone market
The profile
* Qualified lawyer with 1 to 3 years' experience in real estate or property law
* Belgian Master of Laws with a strong academic background
* French speaking, with an excellent command of English; passive knowledge of Dutch is an asset
* Strong analytical, pragmatic and solution oriented mindset
* Comfortable working autonomously while integrating into a demanding team environment
