The Jr Key Account Manager - FMCG - Food Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Drive achievement of annual sales targets across key metrics such as volume, net revenue, market share, and operating profit
* Translate retailer strategies and market data into actionable, growth-focused commercial plans
* Negotiate and implement Customer Development Agreements aligned with strategic commercial objectives
* Collaborate closely with one key client and internal teams to identify opportunities and translate plans into growth through effective execution of innovation, activation, and perfect store initiatives
* Optimize management of trade funds, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of all trade expenditures
* Partner effectively with all departments to ensure seamless execution
* Previous similar experience in key account management
* Experience in FMCG industry
* Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, and skilled in translating insights into strategic business plans
* A natural leader with excellent negotiation skills
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
