Cyprus Edit specializes in facilitating real estate purchases in Cyprus for Belgians, whether for investment, vacation, or relocation purposes. With over 20 years of experience in the Belgian property market and a strong presence in Paphos, we offer full-service support including property search, legal and financial assistance, design, furnishing, and post-sale care.
Your Mission
We’re looking for a proactive and connected partner to represent Cyprus Edit in Belgium- someone who knows the real estate ecosystem and can build meaningful partnerships with Belgian agencies and professionals. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, building our pipeline, and sharing our brand.
This is not a part-time side hustle-it’s a serious, entrepreneurial position with full-time focus and high potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Agency Partnerships
* Open and manage relationships with Belgian real estate agencies to establish formal cooperation models.
* Attend industry events, private meetings, and networking functions to grow our presence.
* Collaborate closely with our founders on business strategy and client targeting.
* Help build a qualified local lead pipeline and take part in client conversion.
Marketing & Brand Presence
* Support content and campaign creation tailored to Belgian buyers and agencies.
* Manage our social media presence locally (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Help organize and attend private events, webinars, or info sessions.
* Be a brand storyteller—bringing the Cyprus Edit message to life in an authentic, local voice.
* Travel to Cyprus multiple times per year to learn our properties, capture content, and stay close to the team.
* Join property visits and sales strategy sessions to align with our on-the-ground reality.
Who We’re Looking For
* Real estate experience is a must (e.g., agency background, property sales, cross-border deals).
* A strong Belgian network, ideally within the real estate or wealth advisory industry.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with full-time availability and commitment.
* Fluent in Dutch and English and French.
* Confident communicator, naturally persuasive, and relationship-driven.
* Skilled in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
* Independent, self-organized, but collaborative and open-minded.
