As we expand TikTok Shop in the region, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Account Manager to accelerate adoption and success of TikTok Shop Ads within our top enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
As an Account Manager focused on TikTok Shop, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, leading strategic conversations with clients, and positioning TikTok Shop Ads as a core solution in our ecosystem. You will act as a trusted consultant to clients and cross‑functional teams, helping brands integrate commerce and media strategies, unlock performance opportunities, and scale their businesses through TikTok Shop. Success in this role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, client‑centricity, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics.
* Servicing as a TikTok Shop subject‑matter expert, managing customer expectations and maintaining high engagement on the platform.
* Assessing leads and current funnel for appropriate engagement strategies to mitigate churn and nurture activation potential, prioritizing tasks by urgency and impact.
* Leading engagement activities end‑to‑end, including prospecting, outreach, project planning, troubleshooting, and coordinating with E‑Commerce AMs and cross‑functional teams.
* Driving revenue by facilitating the adoption of TikTok Shop Ads as a primary solution for clients, and creating media plans that integrate Shop solutions with other TikTok advertising offerings.
* Keeping up to date with TikTok Shop product developments, market landscape, vertical movements, and competitor activities to provide clients and internal teams with a holistic view of success strategies.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and understanding cross‑functional team scopes to access the right resources.
* Promoting foundational product adoption and ensuring successful implementation of Shop Ads.
* Sharing client, market, and vertical learnings across SMB teams and beyond, via case studies or ad‑hoc sharing.
* Generating product and process insights to share with leadership and key partners for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
* Understanding of overall advertising operations and the market.
* Experience owning and delivering quantitative targets.
* Ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies, and recommendations.
* Skill in managing adaptable and scalable processes.
* English proficiency required for frequent communication with global teams.
* Fluency in Portuguese required, as the role is based in São Paulo and involves frequent communication with local clients.
Preferred Qualifications
* Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to creatively fill operational "white space" to drive results.
* Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
* Strong implementation skills in adherence to structured programs.
