For us, credit collection is not just about numbers, but also about people. As a Credit Collector, you are the point of contact for our customers with outstanding invoices. You work with them to find solutions that ensure payments are made smoothly and the customer remains satisfied
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will be part of an enthusiastic team that works together to ensure the smooth follow-up of outstanding claims. Your tasks will be varied:
* You will contact customers (by telephone and email) about outstanding invoices.
* You will ensure the correct processing of payments and cash postings.
* You will handle customer queries and help find solutions for blocked orders.
* You will follow up on agreements made with customers and ensure that promises are kept.
* You will contribute ideas on how we can improve our collection process.
* You will work closely with colleagues from Sales and Customer Service.
* You will support your team leader and manager with administrative tasks.
In short: you will ensure that payments are received smoothly and that customers feel well looked after.

Your profile
* You have the following qualities:
* You have an A1 diploma or equivalent experience.
* You are proficient in MS Office.
* You speak and write well in Dutch and English, affinity with French is a plus.
* You have some experience in administration or credit collection.
* You are hands-on, customer-oriented and solution-oriented.
