Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and reliable Flexi Receptionist to support our Front Office team across both day and night shifts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience at all times. You will assist with administrative tasks, handle inquiries, and support smooth daily operations of the reception area.
This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, service-oriented, and comfortable working varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shift
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures (if applicable)
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
* Concierge and valet service
* Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
* Provide general administrative support to different departments
* Monitor and manage reception area cleanliness and presentation
* Coordinate messages, deliveries, and internal communications
* Support night shift duties such as security monitoring and basic reporting
* Ensure smooth handover between day and night teams
Qualifications
* Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service
* Flexible availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
* Strong communication skills in - Dutch, French and English languages is a plus
* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
* Good organizational and multitasking skills
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems, or reception software)
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
* Trustworthy and reliable
