As a Brand Ambassador in our Banking division, you will act as the key point of contact between our company and Dutch speaking customers. Your role will involve providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the financial sector.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.Ensure clear and professional communication in Dutch.Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general banking support.Stay up to date with financial regulations and compliance standards.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Fluent in Dutch (from The Netherlands ) to effectively engage with customers.Good level of French or English to communicate internallyPrior experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
