We need a data architect who will (re)use the domain expertise and documentation to map conceptual/logical data models of the National Register, and better map the needs of our partners/customers.
* Competencies
* Conceptual/logical modelling (ERD, Domain-Driven Design(Data Mesh/Fabric) concepts.
* ArchiMate viewpoints (Application/Data/Process) + tooling (Sparx/Archi)
* Setting up a business glossary (definitions, ownership)
* Database technology : PostgreSQL
* Hierarchical databases
* Data warehouse
* Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
* MDM (master data management)
* Identity access management (IAM) encryption
* Deliverables
* Conceptual model per domain (diagram + semantic definitions).
* Data flows and integration
* Logical data model (attributes, key policy, standardization).
* Canonical model (reusable entities; "customer", "contract", ...).
* Linked to Master Data Management
* Business glossary (term → definition → domain → steward)
