Requirement:
- A BA with strong expertise in requirements management and ALM toolchain configuration.
- Someone able to support end-to-end requirements traceability from stakeholder needs to testing and release management.
- Experience in process optimization, workflow definition, and tool integration across platforms like CodeBeamer, Jira, Confluence, Polarion, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Ability to configure and administer ALM tools, customize workflows and templates according to project needs.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ASPICE compliance) and managing traceability to meet audit requirements.
- Capability to handle cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensuring consistent and auditable requirements management.
- Skills in change management and cultural adoption of requirements methodologies in teams with varying maturity levels.
Candidate skills:
- System and software engineering process expert with several years of experience, primarily in the automotive industry.
- Strong expertise in requirements management, process development, and ALM toolchain configuration.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as CodeBeamer, Polarion, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Experience covering the full V-cycle: capturing stakeholder needs, decomposing into traceable requirements, testing, and release management.
- Skilled in configuring and administering requirements and task management tools, including creating workflows, templates, and traceability structures.
- Certified automotive SPICE professional assessor with experience leading internal assessments and defining processes for requirements, configuration, change, problem, and project management.
- Experience in process optimization, training teams, and supporting governance and project tracking activities.
- Practical knowledge of establishing bidirectional traceability links between requirements and code artifacts, supporting audits and quality checks.
- Experience managing supplier relationships through baselining requirements and traceability to avoid disputes.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and ensuring tool compliance with standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
- Skilled in change management and cultural adoption of requirements methodologies, including demonstrating value through dashboards and visibility improvements.
