Location: Antwerp (hybrid)
About the Role:

As a Reporting & Consolidation Expert, you play a pivotal role within the central finance team of the holding company. You will be responsible for accurate and timely group reporting and consolidation of multiple entities across several countries, while supporting the external audit process.
Operating at group level, you’ll contribute directly to financial transparency, process improvement, and strategic decision-making within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Collect, review, and consolidate financial results from subsidiaries (quarterly and year-end closings)
 * Manage the group consolidation process under BE GAAP
 * Act as the liaison between local finance teams, the holding company, and external auditors
 * Perform intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
 * Coordinate the annual budget and forecasting process at group level
 * Contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of reporting and consolidation processes
 * Prepare documentation for external audits and support audit reviews
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with Big Four experience and a strong expertise in group reporting and financial consolidation, preferably within an international group or holding company.
 * 4–6 years of experience in financial consolidation and/or group reporting, ideally within a multinational group, holding company, or Big Four firm
 * Strong technical knowledge of BE GAAP; experience with IFRS or other standards is an asset
 * Hands-on experience with consolidation software (e.g. Tagetik, Sigma, LucaNet)
 * Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
 * Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong advantage, and additional languages are considered an asse
 * Analytical, structured, and self-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, international context
 * Pragmatic, hands-on mindset, comfortable working in a growing organisation where processes are evolving
 * Combines a results-oriented approach with strategic insight and adaptability
