What will you do?
* You bring structure to complex business challenges and translate them into clear solutions
* You easily bridge the gap between business and IT, making sure everyone speaks the same language
* You engage with clients, translate their needs into solutions, and work closely with functional and technical teams
* You analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
* You clearly document your insights and present them when needed
Who are we looking for?
* You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* You think critically, work in a structured way, and communicate clearly
* You thrive in projects where business and technology meet
* You’re eager to learn and ready to grow in a role with responsibility and support
* You speak fluent Dutch and French, and you can express yourself well in English
