To support this ambition across Europe and the UK, we are strengthening our commercial and account management capabilities. That’s where you come in. What will you do? You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B e-commerce and logistics clients, acting as their trusted commercial partner. This is not retail sales and not a senior hunter role. It’s a hands-on, CRM-driven account management role where structure, communication and follow-through make the difference. You will: Grow and retain client revenue: Manage contracts, ensure renewals, spot upsell opportunities, and proactively protect Landmark Global’s position with your clients. Be the commercial face for your customers : Act as the main point of contact and collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Customs, Operations) to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience. Own digital account management & CRM: Use CRM tools daily to structure interactions, analyze customer data, and support targeted commercial actions. You see CRM as a growth engine, not an admin task. Spot opportunities before they become requests: Understand how your clients make decisions (DMU), identify leads, and share insights with management to fuel continuous improvement. Represent the Landmark Global brand: Translate our solutions into clear, relevant value for your clients and build relationships that last. Who are you? You’re early in your account management career but ready to take ownership. You likely have: 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or a service-driven environment Strong affinity with CRM and digital tools and experience using them to manage accounts effectively Fluent Dutch (mandatory), a good working knowledge of French, and professional English A structured, proactive mindset and the ability to manage longer, more complex sales cycles Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment What do we offer?
