* Develop and implement sustainability and compliance frameworks across operations.
* Ensure ethical sourcing and adherence to human rights standards.
* Oversee internal manufacturing processes and sustainable production practices.
* Manage traceability systems for full transparency in the supply chain.
* Review consultant reports and translate findings into actionable strategies.
* Organize workshops and events related to compliance and sustainability.
* Prepare annual industry reports and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
* Act as the key point of contact for external consultants and internal stakeholders.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* 5-10 years of experience in sustainability, compliance, or CSR.
* Strong understanding of international compliance frameworks.
* Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
* Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural

* Willingness to travel frequently, especially during the initial phase.
