To continue this progress we’re seeking a proactive and motivated AI Engineer with a strong background in AI development using Microsoft technologies, eager to take ownership of exploring and implementing innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.
About the role
In this proactive role, you’ll be the one exploring possibilities, building solutions, and guiding us in applying AI best practices. Collaborate closely with data engineering and business teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions while continuously expanding your expertise.
Key responsibilities
* Explore, build, and launch AI solutions using Microsoft AI tools like Azure AI, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services.
* Plug your AI models straight into Microsoft Fabric and real data pipelines to make them come alive.
* Prototype fast by turning quick proof-of-concepts into real, scalable products that make an impact.
* Spot opportunities where AI can solve problems or make the business smarter, and run with them.
* Stay curious and keep up with the newest Microsoft AI features and share cool discoveries with the team.
* Leave a legacy by documenting your work and create reusable tools so others can build on what you’ve done.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a candidate with a first initial experience in AI development, ideally with Microsoft AI services. You’re also:
* Fluent in Python and at ease with data engineering workflows.
* Into Microsoft Fabric, whether you’ve already used it or you’re eager to learn.
* Curious, you like figuring things out and running with ideas on your own.
* A problem-solver, you can take a fuzzy idea and turn it into something real that works.
* A clear communicator, you break down tech talks so anyone can understand it.
* Proficient with Azure DevOps/Data Factory
* Native Dutch level and professional in English
