You will oversee the technical delivery of projects involving embedded systems, electronics, and software, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution while fostering collaboration between engineering, program, and product teams. Your goal is to build a high‑performing, goal‑oriented engineering team capable of delivering innovative solutions in precision‑guided weapon systems. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive engineering delivery to ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives. /li liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (systems, embedded, electronics, software, and test). /li liPlan, monitor, and deliver engineering work packages using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. /li liDefine and maintain the technical schedule, milestones, and deliverables aligned with contractual and internal commitments. /li liAnticipate and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. /li liApply and promote Agile or V‑Model methodologies adapted to defense and high‑reliability projects. /li liCollaborate closely with the Product Design Authority to ensure technical coherence and design integrity. /li liCommunicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, reporting progress, challenges, and technical decisions. /li liWork cross‑functionally with Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, AQAP). /li liSupport certification and qualification activities related to product safety, reliability, and performance. /li /ul h3Profile / Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering (systems, electronics, software, or equivalent). /li liMinimum 5 years’ experience in technical project management or technical leadership within a high‑tech environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, embedded systems). /li liSolid knowledge of systems engineering, including MBSE, hardware/software integration, and validation processes. /li liExperience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical interfaces. /li liProven ability to balance technical depth with project execution efficiency. /li liFamiliarity with industry standards such as DO‑178C, ARP4754, ISO 26262 is a plus. /li liProficiency with project and configuration tools: MS Project, Jira, Polarion, Capella, Windchill, PowerBI. /li liStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liFluent in English and French (Dutch or German is a plus). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAttractive salary package, additional legal days off, mobility package (transport or car), DKV, Group Insurance, Meal vouchers, Eco vouchers, Training opportunities. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
