Your Mission: Handle invoices like a pro: Process and book overhead and expense invoices accurately and on time. Keep compliance in check: Apply VAT rules correctly and ensure proper CAPEX/OPEX classification. Stay ahead of deadlines: Make sure invoices are posted in the right period and support month-end closing. Own vendor data: Maintain supplier details in SAP and prevent duplicate entries. Drive improvements: Spot inefficiencies and help implement smarter processes. Be a team player: Support payment runs and act as backup when needed.
