We are looking for a Senior AX Support & Monitoring Engineer capable of providing application supervision, managing complex incidents, and acting as a customer liaison on stability and performance issues.
As a Senior AX Support & Monitoring Engineer, you will work with our clients to ensure the availability and reliability of Dynamics AX.
Mission
Supervise and monitor Dynamics AX
Analyze incidents, alerts, and performance issues
Diagnose root causes (application, technical, interfaces, batches)
Coordinate and manage resolutions with the teams concerned
Communicate effectively with technical and business contacts
Advise on best practices for monitoring and operation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Profile
At leas 5 years of experience in ERP application support
Very good knowledge of Dynamics AX
Familiarity with production-oriented environments
Ability to handle pressureo and critical incidents
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and advisory approach
Solid understanding of ERP application architectures
Good grounding in systems, databases, and application flows
Experience with monitoring/supervision tools (Dynatrace, SCOM, Zabbix, SQL Server...)
Reading and analyzing errors, logs, and automatic processing
Excellent customer communication
Ability to explain technical subjects in layman's terms
Service-oriented and solution-focused
Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
