Centric is looking for someone who can take ownership of a young business unit, open doors across Flanders, and help shape how the market sees the company.


The Challenge

Centric has been delivering IT solutions to major retail organizations for years. Two years ago, the company decided to bring that expertise to businesses outside the retail sector through a dedicated Business IT Solutions division.


* The technical expertise is already there.
* The services are already there.
* The customer references are already there.


What still needs to be built is a predictable flow of new business.


Your role is to create that momentum. You'll identify opportunities, start conversations with decision-makers, gather market intelligence, and work closely with marketing and technical specialists to position Centric as a trusted partner.

Centric delivers solutions in hosting, managed workplace services, and cybersecurity.


The company already manages critical IT environments for some of Europe's largest retail organizations.


What makes Centric different is its hands-on approach. When customers need support, they don't end up in an anonymous call center they get direct access to experts who understand their environment and take ownership of the solution.


What Success Looks Like


After 3 Months

* You have built a target list of at least 150 relevant companies across Flanders.

* You have conducted at least 25 discovery conversations with CEOs, business owners, and IT decision-makers.

* You have contributed market insights that help refine the positioning of the business unit.


After 6 Months

* You have built an active pipeline worth at least €250,000 in potential contract value.

* You have at least 10 qualified opportunities across hosting, managed workplace, or cybersecurity solutions.

* You have secured your first new customer.


After 9 Months

* You have established a repeatable prospecting process that consistently generates opportunities.

* You actively represent Centric at relevant business networks and industry events.

* You have helped create customer success stories that strengthen the commercial proposition.


After 12 Months

* You maintain a healthy pipeline that supports the growth objectives of the business unit

* You have made a measurable contribution to revenue growth.

* You are recognised internally as the commercial driver behind new business development in Flanders.


What You'll Get

Compensation

* Base salary around €5,000 gross per month.

* Company car.* Full package of fringe benefits.

* Performance-based bonus linked directly to new business results and commercial objectives.

* Transparent incentive structure tied to the outcomes described above.


We are also open to experienced freelance Business Development professionals who have a proven track record in opening doors, building pipelines, and generating new business opportunities within the B2B market.

The Business IT Solutions division is still growing, which means you'll have the freedom to influence how things are done.
