About the Role
We’re looking for a people-orientated Sales Manager to lead and empower our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll manage:
5+ Account Executives
1 BDR Team Lead
1 Customer Success Team Lead
This is more than just a metrics-driven role—it's about unlocking potential, building a culture of collaboration and ownership, and being a key player in our leadership bench.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team of AEs, and support team leads in BDR and CSM functions.
Drive consistent revenue growth through hands-on coaching, pipeline management, and strategic sales planning.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
Build and implement repeatable processes and systems that scale.
Report on performance and provide forecasting to leadership.
Champion a culture of feedback, growth, and continuous improvement.
