đź’Ľ Your Mission
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and improving applications that automate and enhance customer support processes.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
• Design, develop, and adapt Java-based applications following Agile methodologies
• Translate business & functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high-quality code standards
• Test, document, and maintain applications in an integrated environment
• Identify risks, propose improvements, and optimize existing modules
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
🧪 Quality & Collaboration
• Define and execute test scenarios
• Ensure smooth delivery and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot, retest, and document results
• Coach and support team members 🤝
• Share knowledge and contribute to team growth
🛠️ Tech Stack & Environment
• Java, MQ, IIB (ACE), Web Services
• Agile, Object-Oriented Development
• Tools: JIRA, SVN, SPARX (or similar)
• IBM ecosystem experience is a strong plus

• Senior experience (5+ years) in Java development

🎓 Background
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
🌍 Languages
• Dutch or French (native level) + good knowledge of the other
• English is a plus
