🚀 Senior Data Scientist – AI & Marketing Models | Brussels (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Predictive Models team within the Marketing & Communication department. You will design and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based solutions to optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer targeting, and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and deploy AI/ML models to optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys
* Use LLMs for text classification, summarization, and customer intent detection
* Develop data pipelines to clean and structure web analytics data
* Identify target groups and run experiments to measure campaign impact
* Apply responsible AI practices including explainability and model validation
* Translate technical insights into clear business recommendations
Experience Required
* 5+ years of Data Science experience
* Strong Python (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
* Experience with LLMs and NLP applications
* Solid knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and experiment design
* Experience with customer journey modeling / next best action
* SQL, Git, Bash
* English fluent + Dutch OR French fluent
* Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
