Industrial Controller | Dutch/French + English | 5+ years' experience | Permanent contract | 1102939For our partner, active in the industrial sector, Hays is currently looking for an Industrial Controller to strengthen their team. What you'll be doing: • Optimizing plant processes and financial management• Ensuring that the plant’s financial performance is in line with the goals & objectives • Managing the plant’s budget & analyzing financial data • Working closely with other departments to ensure effective and efficient operations• Tracking the progress of investments • Managing operational working capital • Ensuring that the plant’s internal controls are in place and effective Required profile: • Bachelor or Master's in Economics or Accounting• Relevant and successful experience in a similar role (5+ years)• Experience in a manufacturing setting is a must• Excellent numerical and analytical skills • Result oriented and hands on • Good written & oral communication both in French & English What you'll get in return: • Attractive remuneration package including competitive salary and extensive fringe benefits (meal vouchers, health & group insurance, smartphone, company car, etc.)• Possibility to work from home• Training opportunities
