For our client, we are looking for a Recall Specialist
You will be responsible for:
- Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
- Manage administrative processes including purchase orders, payment workflows, expense claims, and invoice handling.
- Prepare, update, and present status and progress reports.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining efficient operational procedures and administrative standards.
Jouw profiel
- Excellent command of English is required.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage due to regular communication with headquarters in Japan.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners, such as suppliers, international group companies, motorsport teams, and drivers.
- Skilled in preparing materials and reports that support daily operations and project tracking.
- Open-minded, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Able to communicate clearly to achieve alignment and produce concise, easy-to-understand reports.
- Flexible and adaptable to a variety of administrative tasks.
- Experience with Oracle or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
