We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our continued growth across Belgium and Europe.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and attract high-quality IT and digital talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS records.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
Experience hiring for IT, Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, or Technology Consulting roles is preferred.
Fluent in Dutch OR French is mandatory.
