You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and structuring/restructuring documentation.
You will supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training on key aspects of their work.

You have at least 5 years of experience as a fund lawyer in Luxembourg, which enables you to quickly adapt and perform in your new environment.
You are fluent in both French and English, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
You possess excellent communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with clients as well as fostering collaboration within your team.
