Job Description – PMO Risk Management Specialist Location: Monnoyer, Belgium Work Regime: Full-time Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date: 31/12/2026 About the Role We are looking for a full-time PMO Risk Management Specialist to support large-scale infrastructure programs related to the construction of electricity transmission assets. The selected candidate will work closely with one or more PM Officers and will be responsible for driving risk management activities across all project phases — from design and construction through to the start of commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure the implementation and full compliance of the Risk Management Plan, including processes and procedures. Organize and facilitate Risk Management meetings with relevant stakeholders. Identify, assess, and document program risks, including impact evaluations and tracking of mitigation actions. Perform simulations and Monte Carlo analyses on cost and schedule using Primavera Risk Analysis (contingency calculation). Prepare and present reports on program risk status. Audit the ongoing risk management processes of EPC contractors and exchange relevant information. Provide expert input and guidance on risk management to project and program team members. Suggest improvements to existing risk management methodologies. Update and maintain the Risk Management Plan as required. Requirements University degree in a technical or economic field. Strong project management skills with a high learning curve. Solid understanding of risk management techniques and methodologies. Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis is a key asset; knowledge of simulation tools such as @Risk or Crystal Ball is an advantage. Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK project management methodology is a plus. Knowledge of risks associated with large infrastructure projects is a strong asset. Fluency in English and Dutch or French, with basic understanding of the other national language.
