Business Development Manager – DACH Region

Our European operations are based in Ronse (Belgium), where a dedicated and agile team drives our international growth strategy.
M+A Matting, a global leader in innovative floor mat solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
As part of our dynamic and international sales team, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking new business, managing key accounts, and driving growth in various market segments such as online resellers, hygiene services, cleaning companies, and industrial clients. Business Development : Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the DACH region, with a strong focus on hunting and market development.
Account Management : Inherit and grow a small but promising client portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuity.
Strengthen and expand our presence across the region by building partnerships with distributors, online resellers, laundries, and more.
Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with our Sales Director and a small, agile team of 5 people to ensure alignment and follow-up.
Native-level German and fluent English (written and spoken).
Bachelor-level thinking, a degree is not essential.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B environments (sales, business development, account management) ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
