We analyse innovation projects and business activity to obtain the maximum support in European innovation support programmes.
We have an international team of more than 600 professionals, including more than 60 PhDs, who work in our 13 offices to help our clients grow.
As part of a team, you align the project idea with the European priorities, define the concept, find and manage partners and write the proposal (both the technical aspects and those related to the impact of the project and its future commercial exploitation).
Support the implementation and management of research and innovation funded projects, with a deep insight on technological challenges, engagement activities, exploitation strategies, business modelling and strategic synergies with key stakeholders and other funded project, ideally in your area of technical specialisation.
Advise on funding programmes specificities and helping position Zabala Innovation’s clients in EU funding programmes to increase their participation in EU projects in line with their priorities.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, with a young, innovative, enriching and challenging environment.
Track-record of European projects and service contract management. Strong familiarity with essential elements of EU projects management (grant agreement preparation, consortium agreement drafting, technical and financial reporting, amendments, WP leadership etc).
Expertise in at least one of the following fields: energy, chemistry and bio-based industry, circular economy, software development, security or defence.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Attitude to work in a team, communication skills and self-management skills.
A taste for organised and well-done work, you enjoy working in a team and at the same time autonomously.
Master's/PhD degree preferably but not limited to science (e.g. chemistry) or engineering (including SW development) field.
Previous experience in R&D project management, in any sector.
Any knowledge of French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or other languages.
