We are looking for two enthusiastic newcomers to strengthen the EMEA legal team: a Commercial Counsel and an Administrative Assistant. /ppstrongWhat would be your main responsibilities? /strong /pulliCommercial contracts (standard and non-standard):brLogistics Services Agreements, Warehousing and Distribution Agreements, Amendments, Special Service Requests, Master Agreements, Consulting Agreements, review of customer-proposed terms and conditions.ulliDrafting contracts and providing guidance and interpretation to support implementation and redlined recommendation. /liliReaching consensus and negotiating contracts, sometimes directly with the customer’s attorneys. /liliMaintaining contractual records and documentation. /liliCoordinating with relevant departments/stakeholders and ensuring contract visibility and awareness. /liliInteracting with external service providers, participating in meetings, etc. /li /ul /liliMonitoring competitive terms and customer satisfaction with the company’s terms and conditions and contracting practices, recommending changes. /liliWorking with the Risk Management Department to coordinate contractual insurance requirements. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliEnthusiasm is the key to everything… /liliSelf-starter with a proactive approach to work, ability to multi-task and work quickly. /liliConfidence in navigating the business, ability to work independently and collaboratively. /liliAbility to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions. /liliLanguage requirements:ulliStrong verbal and written skills in English and the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easy to understand for others. /liliGerman: good comprehension and proofreading skills.
