About the Role Join OCM IS's Res transversal team to provide functional support across the full Res Suite chain (Pre‐Trade to Trading & invoicing). You'll assist Originators, Structurers, Traders, ResOps, and Back Office users, ensuring smooth operations and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide user support: resolve requests, manage access rights, investigate incidents, and communicate updates.
* Monitor production systems, detect anomalies, and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Manage incidents/problems, coordinate with dev teams, and drive long‐term solutions.
* Ensure ITIL process observance and high service quality.
Requirements
* Solid background in application support or functional analysis (5+ years).
* Knowledge of energy/commodities markets;
PPA lifecycle a plus.
* Technical skills: Python scripting, SQL (PostgreSQL), API usage, monitoring tools (OpenSearch, Splunk, Sentry).
* Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. xlxgzvr
* Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Finance.
