One of our international clients is seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer for a 12-month freelance contract (with extension potential). The SailPoint ecosystem is already implemented, so the focus will be on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
* Maintain and enhance current workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
* Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
* Manage user access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews
* Troubleshoot and resolve access and provisioning issues
* Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability
* Support integrations with enterprise systems and directory services
* Collaborate with security and IAM teams to improve governance and compliance
Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
* Strong experience supporting and maintaining existing IIQ environments
* Good understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, and identity lifecycle management
* Experience managing access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
* Experience working in large enterprise environments
