Purpose of the roleAs Senior Account Development Manager, you will lead the strategic relationship with one of our most critical enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring strong account health while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role blends key account management with strategic growth/business development and bid management, and requires deep collaboration across commercial, technical, legal, and compliance teams.2. Key responsibilities- Own and nurture the relationship with a top-tier enterprise customer, acting as their central point of contact within the organization.- Drive account development with direct customers by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and co-innovation opportunities.- For direct customers/prospects: lead and coordinate complex RFPs, tenders, and proposal processes, collaborating with internal experts across departments.- For our strategic entreprise customer: offer commercial support for RFPs and tenders.- Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery, SLA adherence, and proactive issue management.- Organize and facilitate customer-facing meetings (commercial, technical, strategic), aligning internal stakeholders.- Monitor account KPIs, risk factors, and satisfaction, and provide structured reporting to senior management.- Ensure all account activities align with ISO 27001 standards, GDPR, and internal information security protocols.- Actively represent customer needs and insights to influence internal roadmaps and innovation.3. Required competencies- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account planning.- Experience coordinating bid/tender processes and managing multi-party input under tight deadlines.- High-level understanding of information security, compliance, and governance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Dutch, French, and English.- Comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategic planning.4. Qualifications and experience- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partner management.- Experience in telco, CPaaS, SaaS, or technology-driven B2B services is strongly preferred.- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and public/private procurement processes.- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.5.
