We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from preparing orders to overseeing administrative tasks related to purchases and sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and procurement. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, or Odoo is highly desirable, as well as excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform and oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process, including preparing and processing orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals

* Prepare and manage orders confirmation, supplier invoices, and related documentation

* Maintain and update records in the systems

* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing

* Assist to prepare reporting as needed
