About The company
We are working with a Kortrijk-based product company developing a new AI-driven ERP platform designed for modern, fast-growing businesses.
This is not a legacy system rewrite.
This is not a corporate feature-factory role.
They are building an ERP product from the ground up — AI-native, modular, scalable, and future-proof.
And they’re looking for someone who wants real ownership.
The Role
They’re hiring a Full Stack AI Developer who wants to:
* Take architectural ownership
* Shape long-term technical strategy
* Make foundational product decisions
* Build scalable systems from first principles
You’ll work directly with the founders and product leadership to design and develop the core of our ERP platform — integrating AI capabilities deeply into workflows, automation, forecasting, and intelligent decision support.

What You’ll Do
* Design and build full-stack features across backend, frontend, and AI layers
* Architect a scalable, modular ERP system
* Integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, predictive models, automation workflows)
* Make key decisions around infrastructure and deployment
* Define coding standards and technical direction
* Contribute to product roadmap discussions
* Think about performance, scalability, security, and maintainability from day one
Tech Environment (Flexible by Design)
They care more about strong engineering fundamentals than rigid stack experience, but they are looking for modern tech stack experience such as:
* Backend: Node.js / Python / .NET
* Frontend: React / Next.js or similar
* Databases: PostgreSQL / scalable data architecture
* AI Integration: LLM APIs, vector databases, ML pipelines
* Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
* DevOps & CI/CD best practices
You will have influence over the architecture — this is not a predefined, locked-in stack.
Who You Are
* 3+ years in full stack development
* Experience integrating AI into real products (LLMs, ML, automation, RAG, etc.)
* Strong architectural thinking — you design for scale
* Comfortable making independent technical decisions
* Product-minded: you think about why, not just how
* Entrepreneurial mindset — you want ownership, not just tickets
Bonus if you:
* Have worked on ERP / SaaS platforms
* Have built products from 0 → 1
* Enjoy mentoring and setting technical direction
