Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in leading digital and communication projects from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational strategy.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Adapt project plans to evolving requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of relevant project management experience in digital/communications fields.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* C1/C2 English proficiency (CEFR), both written and spoken.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
