As a QHSE Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing safety policies and standards at our G-Tec office in Milmort and occasionally on project sites. This is a dynamic position where you combine analytical skills, communication talent, and a passion for safety to support both operational teams and tender processes. Your responsibilities
* Implement and maintain safety policies and standards within G-Tec.
* Monitor compliance and conduct audits at office and project locations.
* Investigate incidents and provide feedback to Operations.
* Support the development of plans, procedures, and work instructions.
* Promote safety awareness through training and workshops.
* Handle annual compliance tasks: fire extinguisher checks, drills, and incident reporting.
* Assist tenders by providing QHSE-related information, risk assessments, and client requirement checks.
* Travel occasionally to project sites.
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or sciences related to prevention/QHSE.
* Certification as Prevention Advisor is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
* Experience with QHSE or safety management systems is a plus, but not required.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in English; French is an asset.
* Willingness to work in Milmort and travel to project sites when needed.
* Motivated, safety-minded, and eager to grow in a varied role.
