Portfolio Management Assistant

This role involves being the primary contact for customers on all administrative matters, working closely with portfolio managers. You will be responsible for managing bank accounts and ensuring data integrity in our CRM.

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of English. The ideal candidate will enjoy attractive conditions, including a competitive salary and fringe benefits.

* You will be the client's main point of contact for all administrative matters, collaborating with portfolio/client managers;
* You ensure rigorous monitoring of customer files and KYC/AML procedures;
* You manage the opening and closing of bank accounts and stock market instructions in coordination with external partners;
* You actively contribute to maintaining data quality in our CRM and participate in sending personalized communications;
* You play a key role in organizing customer visits, preparing reports, and ensuring the correct application of our investment policy;
* You take part in customer events and meetings, embodying the company's DNA and values.

About You

* Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other language, and at least an intermediate level of English;
* At least 5 to 15 years' experience in finance or accounting;
* Strong knowledge or interest in financial services and markets;
* Demonstrates proactivity and efficiency in accomplishing daily tasks while juggling multiple responsibilities;
* Is comfortable with digital systems, particularly those related to data management or stock market order placement;
* Ensures that data processing and verification are carried out with utmost care;
* A customer-oriented approach is essential, being attentive and communicative both by telephone and in meetings;
* Demonstrates autonomy and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage responsibilities, setting clear priorities;
* Experience with MSFT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM databases;
* A calm nature, resistant to stress, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
