Job Responsibilities
Utilize BIM software to develop and update structural, architectural, and MEP models
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct design reviews, stage planning, and clash detection
Manage and maintain BIM models within the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout all phases of the construction lifecycle
Ensure effective communication with BIM team members and project engineers to coordinate BIM-related tasks and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM projects
Experience with UAV/SUA technologies is an advantage
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ is a plus
Solid knowledge of Autodesk BIM solutions, including AEC software
