Job description strongWhat if your strategic vision could grow our commercial portfolio? /strong pWe are looking for a strongStrategic Business Developer /strongfor our division Carbon Shift (Transversal BD). /ppstrongYour work location /strong: Brussels. /p strongZoom on the job /strong:ullistrongstrategic and transversal business development (CS Strategic BD) /strongulliparticipate in active prospecting and commercial development across all Carbon Shift offerings (Consulting, Solar, EV, Lighting, etc.), maximizing synergies between entities and ensuring an integrated approach to clients /lilidevelop and maintain client relationships to anticipate and identify needs and potential future offerings /lilisupport the BD Manager in defining, formalizing, and deploying the overall commercial strategy, in coordination with CS department managers /lilimanage multi-entity opportunities and support operational teams in proposal development, negotiations, and major tenders /li /ul /lilistrongcoordination and structuring of the matrixed sales team (CS Strategic BD) /strongullisupport the animation and structuring of the transversal sales ecosystem: transversal sales objectives, sales tools, training, monitoring individual and collective performance of Carbon Shift Sales and BD teams (revenues, cross-sell rates, number of multi-offer clients, etc.) /lilifoster collaboration, sharing of best practices, and information exchange between Sales/BD teams functionally attached to Transversal BD /liliassist in implementing a common reporting and commercial performance tracking system (CRM, Odoo, etc.) and ensure monitoring of transversal client satisfaction /li /ul /lilistrongdefinition, positioning, and development of the “Adaptation/Resilience” offering (CS Consulting) /strongullidesign, structure, and formalize the “Adaptation/Resilience” offering aligned with clients’ resilience challenges, integrating internal expertise and group innovations /lilidefine the market positioning of this offering, develop the value proposition, and create differentiated sales arguments /lililead the commercialization of the offering: support teams in promoting, selling, and deploying adaptation solutions, and drive the growth of the business unit (portfolio growth, new client acquisition, internal skills development) /lilicoordinate internal stakeholders to ensure technical, financial, and commercial coherence of proposals and ensure integration of best practices in solutions offered elsewhere within Carbon Shift /li /ul /li /ul Profile strongAre we a match? /strongullicivil, industrial, or commercial engineering degree or a master’s degree in an economic field with a good technical understanding /lilisignificant experience of over 5 years in business development, sales, and commercial evolutions /liliknowledge and experience in technical design (energy management, electricity, HVAC), project management (planning, process management, etc.), coordinating various stakeholders, and negotiation /lilianalytical and organizational skills that enable you to manage complex projects, understand risks, and solve problems /liliunderstanding of the energy sector, climate change, and/or sustainability /lilicommitment to continuous improvement /liliclear and structured communication, responsiveness, and proactivity /lilifluency in French and Dutch /li /ul Offer strongWant to tackle tomorrow’s multi-technical challenges with us? /strongpAt Equans, you find an exciting career within a stable and financially sound company.
