Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, is currently seeking a Head of Training Benelux for a Premium Skincare Brand.
With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam, we partner with leading companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the training strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives in the Benelux market.
* Manage and coordinate the local training team (2 people covering Dutch- and French-speaking regions), ensuring alignment and performance.
* Design and implement the annual training plan, including programs for launches, events, and key initiatives.
* Develop and adapt training content across formats (in-person, digital, and blended learning).
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training plans across regions.
* Train and support the local team to ensure consistent execution.
* Identify training needs and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and commercial impact.
* Track training effectiveness through KPIs and evaluations.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support business growth and product sell-out.
Requierements
* Previous experience as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer, or in a similar leadership role.
* Proven ability to design and implement training strategies and programs.
* Experience in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics, or related industry required.
* Strong leadership skills; first people management experience is a plus.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
* Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to measure training impact.
* Bilingual: native Dutch speaker and fluent in French and english (mandatory).
* Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
