EUROCITY is a Belgian-based company founded in 1992 to provide Management Consultancy and Technology Services to organizations located in Continental Europe.
Our ATM department (Air Traffic Management) is working on several exciting projects with key players in the ATM industry.
Task description
* Project lifecycle management: oversee projects from their start to finish, which includes planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects.
* Stakeholder management: act as the main contact for clients, internal groups, and outside vendors and service providers.
* Requirements analysis: collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Technical oversight: work alongside various teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget. Guarantee the smooth incorporation of voice and communication technology solutions.
* Risk and issue management: spot possible project risks and create strategies to address them.
* Budget and resource management: assign resources, monitor project costs, and handle budgets to meet financial goals.
* Communication plan: develop and implement a structured communication strategy to keep all stakeholders updated on project developments and expectations.
* Quality assurance: track the project's progress to confirm that quality benchmarks are achieved throughout the execution phase. Make sure that the implemented systems comply with all regulatory requirements and meet quality, safety, and security standards and to be in line with Eurocae standards.
* Change management: effectively inform and handle any changes to the project's scope, timeline, or budget with all relevant stakeholders.
* Risk Assessment and Mitigation: recognize potential security, safety, and operational risks and collaborate with cybersecurity and risk management teams to formulate effective strategies for addressing and managing these risks.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics.
* At least 5 years of proven experience in project management.
* Extensive experience on projects in the IT and VoIP domains.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency with PM tools.
* Dynamic communication style with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at various organizational levels
* Proficiency in standard project management methodologies as PRINCE2, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management
* Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, XLS, JIRA..
* Voice technologies: strong understanding of technologies like Voice over IP (VoIP), radio frequencies, and digital technologies.
* Networking and IT infrastructure: knowledge of IT networks, telecommunications, and associated infrastructure is crucial.
