Notre client dans le secteur Banque et finance recherche un Functional / Business Analyst H/F Descriptif de la mission:
Position Description – Functional / Business Analyst
Context and objective of the mission
The mission is for a functional analyst in the banking domain, with a focus on Online / Mobile daily banking functionalities, payments, cards, digital signature, product/services acquisition funnels and regulatory obligations across digital channels. The objective is to translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications in close collaboration with business stakeholders and the Product Owner.
Main responsibilities
• Drive analysis in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders and produce feature documentation
• Create functional and non-functional specifications based on discussions with business stakeholders and in partnership with the Product Owner
• Detail potential solutions in collaboration with architects and the development team
• Design service specifications
• Maintain application documentation
• Define the data model with the Data Architect
• Write functional requirements, including user stories in Jira and documentation in Confluence
• Create and manage the backlog with user stories and test scenarios
• Work jointly with other analysts, domain architects, developers and testers within mobile/online squads
• Build a partnership with the Product Owner and other Business/Functional Analysts in the squad
• Support the Scrum team during development and testing phases
Technical and functional environment
Functional / business knowledge:
• Daily banking in transactional channels (Online/Mobile)
• Payments, including mobile payments, instant payments and QR code based payments
• Cards tokenization
• KYC lifecycle or onboarding processes
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Technical environment – must have:
• UML / BPMN design
• Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Application Lifecycle Management
• Relational databases and SQL knowledge
• Java environment
• SOA / REST and API concepts knowledge
Additional appreciated skills:
• Proven track record of daily banking feature implementation
• Good knowledge/experience of interactive applications, batch applications, webservices and middleware
• Knowledge of software logging and monitoring principles
• Cloud computing knowledge
• Experience in mobile development / deployment processes
• Ability to break down workload from UX/UI designs (Figma)

Requirements
• Degree in Business, Economics or Computer Science
• More than 5 years of relevant experience as a business / functional analyst
• Dutch or French mother tongue, fluent in English
• High analytical and technical capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Profound knowledge of methods and tools for functional specifications
• Technical background and appetite for technology
• Experience with UML or other modelling frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL
• Team player
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working with different vendors, locally and/or offshore, in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
