Lincoln is exclusively partnering with a leading European player in affinity and embedded insurance to recruit a senior Business Development & Partnership Manager for the Benelux market.
This is a strategic role for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust at senior level and structure complex B2B / B2B2C partnerships.

The mission is clear: identify, approach, structure and close high‑value partnerships with large corporates, brokers, digital platforms and ecosystem players across Belgium and the wider Benelux region.
You will work on strategic deals, not transactional sales.
Responsibilities
Building a strong pipeline of B2B and B2B2C opportunities
Leading complex sales cycles from qualification to closing
Structuring white‑label, affinity and embedded insurance partnerships
Negotiating with senior decision‑makers and C‑level stakeholders
Working closely with underwriting, legal, product and operations teams
Contributing directly to the company’s growth and market positioning
